Your winter tires & indoor court shoes have more in common than you think.
As the temperature drops we're heading indoors for our Pickleball fix. Now's the time to look at proper "indoor" footwear. Winter tires use a much softer rubber compound to achieve traction & the same goes for "indoor court shoes". As well, the soles usually bulge out a bit to help control lateral movement. Don't wear them outdoors though as you'll burn through them in no time as well as pick up little shards of stone.
Good examples to look at are badminton, squash, or volleyball shoes.
Without a doubt the easiest way to improve your game is through TRACTION.
Also, here's how lacing techniques can really make a huge fit difference.
